Job Summary

 

The objective of the Northeast Regional Sales Manager is to oversee all sales activities in the Northeast region of the U.S.  They will be working with both distributors and end-customers to grow sales in the region.  Eco-Products currently employs several broker “rep” groups in the Northeastern states.  The Northeast Regional Sales Manager will oversee, train, and track the progress of these broker groups to grow sales at least 30% per quarter.  For states that we do not have representation, the Northeast Regional Sales Manager will be the primary contact for all end-customers and distributors in the region.

National Sales Manager

 

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

 

This position is primarily responsible for growing sales in the region.  These duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

 

  

Qualifications

  1. Undergraduate degree from an accredited university preferred

  2. 3-5 years of previous foodservice industry experience necessary

  3. Three or more years of regional sales management experience for a medium sized company

  4. Proven interest and demonstrated past involvement in environmentally. responsible causes, issue and organizations

  5. Excellent interpersonal communication skills

  6. Professional appearance

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

 

·         Detail oriented with a willingness to adapt and be flexible in a growing company

·         Proven organizational skills with an eye for details

·         Ability to build strong relationships along with excellent customer service skills and the genuine desire to go the extra mile for the customer

·         Interest and experience in software applications useful to job professionalism. Including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel, ACT Prospect and Customer Management System, and Design Software.

·         Must be willing and able to lift boxes
