Job Summary

 

Answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel.  Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.  Performs clerical duties as needed for all departments.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

 

This position is primarily responsible for front office reception as well as providing office assistance for the organization.  These duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

 

 

Qualifications

 

  1. 1-2 or more years of office clerical work experience
  2. Associate degree preferred.

 

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

 

  1. Strong Customer Service Skills
  2. Ability to maintain confidentiality
  3. Professional manner and detailed-oriented
