Changes to Ordering Custom Cups

Our custom cup business is exploding, which is awesome! But that also means our design team workload is exploding. In order to serve you and your customers better, we’ve made some updates to streamline the process and keep projects running smoothly. The most obvious change is the Custom Print Request Form.
To get all the pertinent information and artwork in one place for each job, we’ve created This Form on our website. Super easy for you to fill out, super easy for the design team to process and get in the queue.
Once the form is received your project will be assigned to a designer, who will contact you with any questions or status updates. After that, things will pretty much move along as usual, except you’ll be working with different designers on different projects.
To navigate to the form, login to EcoProducts.com and look for the Request Custom Print link in the left sidebar.
