You guys, we turned 30 last week!
We celebrated with a socially distanced and virtual celebration of our anniversary, looking back on how far we’ve come in the last 30 years.
With an idea, a garage, and a few grants to write a business plan, Kent and Steve Savage founded Eco-Products on October 9, 1990. The general idea was to provide products made from recycled materials to businesses in central Colorado.
Eventually the focus shifted to foodservice packaging, and in 2007 the GreenStripe Cold Cup was born. Since then we’ve grown our product catalog to more than 450 stock SKUs, won several awards for product innovation, partnered with major venues and events across the country to implement the Systems Solution to Zero Waste, and helped countless customers customize their products and communications.
Through all of the changes, we remain committed to our Zero Waste future, and are looking forward to what the next 30 years will bring!
