Kermit to Retire from Sample Kit Duty

We are well aware that the “full” sample kit with the “Kermit Was Wrong” header was wildly popular. Unfortunately, we’ve had to retire Kermit, mainly because the “full kit” was never actually a “full kit”. We’ve launched more than 50 new items since we built that kit, and we need to find a way to make sure our newest items get air time in our feature kit. The “Kermit” kit is already way too big and bordering on impractical, so we couldn’t go any bigger there.

What we’ve decided to do is replace Kermit with a new kit we are calling the “Display Kit”. We built this new kit around a sampling of our 250 plus SKU bundle and designed it so all of the items would fit on a typical table top display. We’ve also designed an insert for this kit that shows a picture of every item and matches it with an Eco-Products item code so that all recipients of the kit will know exactly what items they are working with. We are targeting the end of this month for the changeover to the “Display Kit”. The old full kit will no longer be available once the current inventory is exhausted. As always, you can place orders for any individual SKUs that you may want to show customers. Don’t forget that the catalog does a nice job of showing off the complete bundle as well.
