Meet our Product Designer Sam Gimeno

Samantha is one of our two Industrial Designers at Eco-Products. After graduating from the College for Creative Studies in Detroit, Michigan, Sam spent some time designing medical devices and consumer electronics.
She came to Eco looking to bring a fresh perspective to the world of compostable packaging and to make a positive impact on our planet. While at Eco, she has designed custom packaging solutions for many popular dining concepts such as The Melt, Qdoba, and Chick-Fil-A.
In her free time, she enjoys other artistic endeavors such as watercolor painting and glassblowing. Pre-pandemic, Sam also volunteered at Children’s Hospital Colorado. Dressed as princesses like Cinderella, Snow White, Jasmine, and Ariel, she would make in-room visits to entertain patients. She even hand makes her costumes!
