New Video: Larkburger and Compostability

Eco-Products #7 Productions put together a great video case study featuring how Larkburger, a Colorado-based restaurant chain, works with A1 Organics, a local commercial composter, to offer composting in its restaurants. It’s so nice to have this video showing how all the pieces come together to maximize front-of-house waste diversion. It’s a beautiful thing.
