Holiday Closures
Eco-Products will be closed Monday, Dec. 26 and Monday, Jan. 2.

It is time again to conduct our yearly Physical Inventory Reconciliations, and there is a minor change this year. This time we are going to perform the counts at our two main warehouse facilities over the weekend.

THU, JAN 5th – KEELE (CANADIAN 3PL) is CLOSED

*All sales orders that have shipped or been picked up need to be turned into invoices by end of day WED, JAN 4th.

• LTL & Will-Call cutoff time is 10 am Tuesday, January 3rd
• These orders will ship or be picked up on WED, JAN 4th.
• *Please ensure will-call customers know they have to pick these up by WED.
• Fed Ex cutoff time is 10 am Tuesday, January 3rd
• These orders will ship on WED, JAN 4th
• Fed Ex Same Day cut-off is 10 am Wednesday, January 4th.
  
• There is a $20 fee for this service.

*Orders can resume being slotted as soon as the counts are completed on Thursday, these orders will ship out the following Monday, unless we pay for same day service.

SAT & SUN, JAN 7th-8th, STOCKTON & HANOVER CLOSED

*All sales orders that have shipped or been picked up need to be turned into invoices by end of day FRI, JAN 6th. (Please begin clearing them out ASAP)

AT BOTH LOCATIONS:

• LTL & Will Call cutoff time is 12 NOON WED, JAN 4th.
• These orders will ship or be picked up by FRI, JAN 6th.
• *Please ensure will-call customers know they have to pick these up by FRI.
• UPS cutoff times for same day UPS is 10 AM FRI, JAN 6th.
• There is a $10 fee for this service

AT STOCKTON:

• UPS cutoff time for regular UPS orders is 9 AM on FRI, JAN 6th.
  
• These orders will ship on FRI, JAN 6th.

AT HANOVER:

• UPS cutoff time for regular UPS orders is 3 PM on THU, JAN 5th.
  
• These orders will ship on FRI, JAN 6th.

*Orders for Hanover & Stockton will resume ASAP on Monday, JAN 9th. (Goal is to have the counts completed prior to 8am Monday)
