Product Update on Cold Cup Insert

Due to some manufacturing challenges, we’ve recently experienced some fit issues with the Cold Cup Insert (EP-CCI3).
Here’s the deal:
- It does not currently fit any 9oz GreenStripe® Cold Cups
- It fits in some 12 oz. GreenStripe® Cold Cups
- It still fits in all 16-24 oz. GreenStripe® Cold Cups
Long-term this insert will fit the 12oz cup and may fit the 9oz cup.
Short term if you’re located on the west coast and have a customer that needs the insert to fit the 12oz GreenStripe® Cold Cup, please contact your sales rep. Cups shipping from our eastern warehouse should not experience any fit issues.
